La NADPH deidrogenasi è un enzima appartenente alla classe delle ossidoreduttasi, che catalizza la seguente reazione:
- NADPH H accettore ⇄ NADP accettore ridotto
L'enzima è una flavoproteina (FMN nei lieviti, FAD nelle piante).
